What is the maximum number of people allowed in Sunrise Vista villa?The villa holds 10 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably. The loft has a queen sofabed.

Are smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors that are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
Which direction does the pool face?
The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those sun loungers around to catch the sun.
Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc?
No the villa has privacy to the back where it looks out onto a large grassed area ensuring privacy.
How do we locate/enter the property?
Directions and an entry code for the key box will be sent to you 2-3 weeks prior to your departure.
Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc?
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
Do you have any facilities for small children?
The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair and stroller.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).
Are there stores near by?
The villa is minutes from a variety of stores on Highway 27. Wal Mart supercenter - 3mins away. 12 hr pharmacy- 2mins Wendy's restaurant - 2mins post office, gas station and supermarket only minutes away.
Are there any Restaurants nearby?
There are now some new restaurants close to the entrance to the community which are within 5-10 minutes walking distance if you like a stroll.
What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?
We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to look after your every need.
Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa?
Absolutely not! We offer a range of baby equipment (such as high chair/cot, etc) ... all of which are included in the price of the villa.
How do we book?
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
